Terms and Conditions
- We ask for a downpayment of €50,- for a palm sized tattoo or smaller and a €100 deposit for anything bigger, for a half, and a full day session.
- The downpayment will be deducted from the total price of the tattoo and is non refundable.
- In the rare case you would need to reschedule, this is possible up to 48h prior to your appointment with a legitimate reason. Of course we understand particular emergency situations might occur and we will respect that.
- Please only book your appointment when u are sure of your availability and financial situation.
- We take your appointment very seriously and spend up to many hours preparing for it. We do this without being paid for so please understand the importance of your booking confirmation.
- We can always give you a rough estimate of the price of your tattoo if we have an idea of size and placement so you can be sure to afford it.
- Please come alone, we do make exceptions but please communicate this with your tattoo artist in advance.
- Pets and children are not allowed in The Tattoo Temple and we only tattoo adults.
- We tattoo under the guidelines of hygiene rules and regulations of the GGD and are a licensed tattoo shop.
- For all events and workshops organized by The Tattoo Temple, tickets and participation fees are non-refundable. In case of cancellation or non-attendance by the participant, no money will be returned. If an event or workshop is cancelled by The Tattoo Temple, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or an alternative solution where possible.

- Your personal data will be handled with care and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties unless required for administrative purposes related to your appointment or when legally required.
- Your information will only be retained for as long as necessary to manage your appointment, fulfill legal obligations, or maintain our client administration. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
- By making a booking, contacting us, or subscribing to our mailing list, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described above.
- We use locally hosted analytics software on our website to help us understand visitor behavior and improve our services and user experience. This software may collect anonymous information such as pages visited, time spent on the website, device type, browser information, and general location data. All analytics data is processed and stored locally on our website/server and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
